Admission measures

    Step I : Form Submission

    Download the Admission Form and colour print it back to back on an A4 paper

  1. Duly filled forms to be submitted in the School Premises: Main Foyer, as per schedule given
  2. People currently stationed outside Pune may email the Form with required documents attached
  3. Hard Copies of the Form and the documents should be submitted as per the dates given in response
  4. Please note the separate dates for Township flat owners, Siblings of our students and In & around Hinjawadi
  5. Township tenants may submit forms on the dates for In & around Hinjawadi.
  6. Rs. 1000/- in cash to be paid as the Form Fee during submission

    Documents to be attached with the form :

  1. Self-attested Photocopy of Child's Birth Certificate
  2. Self-attested photocopy of 'INDEX II' for Blue Ridge Township flat owners
  3. Self-attested photocopy of Sibling's last available BRPS I-Card
  4. Passport sized photos : 1 each of the parents to be pasted on the form
  5. Passport sized photo : 1 photo of the child to be pasted on the form

** The admission form will be rejected in absence of any of the above.

    Form Submission Docket to be collected on the Submission day

    Form will be processed through Computer Random Selection post the Docket collected

    Step II : Interaction

  1. Computer Random Selection will be conducted
  2. Shortlisted names will be put up on the School Board on the dates mentioned in the Submission Docket
  3. Kindly follow the instructions
  4. Interaction of the child and both the parents with Principal Ma'm will be scheduled
  5. Admission will be allotted after the Interaction

Step III : Registration

Registration and fee payment procedure can be done immediately after Interaction to avoid multiple visits

    Requirement for Registration :

    During your visit for the Interaction please carry :

  1. Cheque book (2 leaves required)
  2. 3 passport sized photos of the child - Copy of the same pasted on the Admission form. Ensure to write the child's full name behind each photo
  3. Self-attested Photocopy of Child's Aadhar Card if available. If not available, to be submitted in July 2023

It is mandatory to pay the fees to confirm your child's admission during Registration

Circular informing the consecutive steps will be handed after Registration

Please note:

1. The total Annual Fee does not include:
a) The cost of school uniform, school shoes, winter wear, prescribed books, notebooks and stationery.
b) The cost of Annual Day costume (if any) and transport facility (if availed).
2. Refund of Fees, if any, will be in accordance to our ‘Refund Policy’.

School Uniforms for Pre-Primary

Girls Uniform
Cloud Grey and white frocks + Black bloomers + White Socks and Black Shoes.
Boys Uniform
Cloud Grey and white shirts + Black Shorts + White Socks and Black Shoes.
Winter Wear
Black cardigan with school logo.
Girls may wear black full slacks during winter.
Boys may wear black full pants in winter.
Body warmer can be worn inside if the prescribed winter wear does not suffice.
The day and date of sale of School Uniform, shoes & Winter wear will be informed after the Admission procedure is complete.
Parents should buy the required uniform from the vendor.

    Expected Overall Appearance

  1. Neat and clean clothes.
  2. Clean and fresh socks with polished shoes.
  3. Appropriate inner wear :
    • I) Vests and briefs for boys
    • II) Petticoats / singlets and bloomers for girls
  4. Well trimmed and clean nails
  5. Hair :
    • I) Boys must always maintain short hair.
    • II) Girls with long hair must tie their hair in pony tails or braids using Black rubber bands only.
    • III) Black cloth hair band is a must for all girls.
  6. Masks compulsory for Regular School.
  7. Guidelines for Uniforms, Winter wear, Shoes, Books

    In regular times, vendors for all the above are stationed in the school premises on stipulated days. Owing to the present global situation, this may change. Details of buying all the above will be provided during Registration.

    Refund Policy

  1. The refund of the Deposit,Tuition fee will depend upon the date of application for Admission Cancellation.
  2. Documents required : Original Deposit Receipt or an affidavit prepared on Rs.100/- stamp paper.
  3. The Admission fee and the charges paid for prescribed text books, note books, study material, school uniform, meal, sports and transportation (paid if any) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. The applicable amount will be refunded within 45 working days from the date of receipt of admission cancellation form.
  5. The refund policy is subject to revision without prior intimation.
  6. This 'Refund Policy' is a part of the rules & regulations of Blue Ridge Educational Institute.

For the regular/current students it is mandatory to pay the applicable fees before the begininng of every academic year. If not paid, the admission stands cancelled and the applicable fees will be recovered from the refundable deposit.
