Admission Schedule and Procedure For the A.Y. 2024-25 – Secondary Section (STD VI TO IX )

Eligibility Criteria according to the resolution passed by the government - GR: A.Y- 2024-2025

STD VI to IX - The child should have successfully completed the previous academic year in the respective class from any recognized school (document proof required).

Availability of Seats

STD VI to IX - Seats are available. Computer Random Selection will be conducted if the number of applications exceed the no of available seats.

Admission Measures

    Step I : Form Submission

    Download the Admission Form and take a back to back colour print on an A4 size paper.

  1. Duly filled in form to be submitted in the school premises as per schedule given.
  2. Rs. 1000/- (non - refundable) to be paid in cash as a form fee at the time of form submission. Kindly provide exact change.
  3. Please note the separate dates for Township flat owners, Siblings of our students and In and around Hinjawadi for form submission.
  4. Township tenants may submit the form on the dates for ‘In and around Hinjawadi’.

    Documents required for admission

    A. To be attached with the admission form :

  1. Self-attested Photocopy of Child's Birth Certificate
  2. Self-attested photocopy of 'INDEX II' for Blue Ridge Township flat owners
  3. Passport sized photos : 1 each of the parents to be pasted on the form
  4. Passport sized photo : 1 photo of the child to be pasted on the form
  5. Copy of Aadhar Card of the child

    B. To be submitted after the admission confirmation:

  1. Within India - Transfer certificate of the previous school
  2. Out of India – Transfer certificate of the previous school or any document stating the completion of previous academic year from the respective school.
  3. Copy of report card of the previous academic year.

** The admission form will be rejected in absence of any of the above.

Form Submission Docket to be collected on the Submission day.

Step II : Written Assessment and Interaction:

  1. Kindly follow the instructions in the circular given at the time of form sub submission.
  2. Information about the written assessment of the child and Interaction with the Principal/Supervisor will be furnished in due course.
  3. Please note that both the parents along with the child have to attend the Interaction Session with the Principal/Supervisor.
  4. Admission will be allotted after the Interaction.

Step III : Registration

Registration and Fee payment procedure will be informed in due course.

It is mandatory to pay the fees to confirm your child's admission at the time of registration itself.

Refund (if any) will be in accordance with the school Refund Policy.

    Winter Wear

  1. Blue colour sweat shirt with school logo.
  2. Girls May wear black full slacks and boys full pants of school colour code in winter.
  3. Body warmer can be worn underneath the uniform in case the prescribed winter wear does not suffice.

    Expected Overall Appearance

  1. Neat & clean clothes, socks, polished shoes are a must.
  2. Well trimmed and clean nails.
  3. Appropriate innerwear like vests for boys & cycling shorts for girls is a must.

Guidelines for School Books, Uniforms, Winter wear and Foot wear

The day and date of sale for School books, uniforms, Winter wear and footwear will be informed after the Admission procedure is complete.

    Refund Policy

  1. The refund of the Deposit, Tuition fee, Term fee and miscellaneous fee will depend upon the date of application for Admission Cancellation.
  2. Documents required: Original Deposit Receipt or an affidavit prepared on Rs.100/- stamp paper.
  3. The Admission fee and the charges paid for prescribed text books, note books, study material, school uniform, meal, sports and transportation (paid if any) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. The applicable amount will be refunded within 45 working days from the date of receipt of admission cancellation form.
  5. The refund policy is subject to revision without prior intimation.
  6. This 'Refund Policy' is a part of the rules & regulations of Blue Ridge Educational Institute.

Important

For the regular/current students it is mandatory to pay the applicable fees before the beginning of every academic year. If not paid, the admission stands cancelled and the applicable fees will be recovered from the refundable deposit.
